D. Partner Agencies / Licensed Agents
- Company/agency profile & license (NIB/SIUP)
- Co-broking agreement signed with FSRE
- Complete listing details (address, land/building size, price, photos, ownership status)
- Agreed commission structure
Property Registration: Owner, developer, or agency contacts FSRE via office or online form. Submit identity & ownership documents.
Document Verification & Property Survey: FSRE team checks legal documents & property status. On-site survey & professional photo/video documentation.

Negotiation & Transaction: FSRE assists in negotiation. Partner notary/PPAT ensures transaction legality.
