  • Fixtures & Fittings: Permanently attached items (fixtures) or movable items included in sale (fittings).

  • Gross Rental Yield: Annual rental income as % of purchase price.
  • Ground Lease / Leasehold: Ownership of building without land; land leased for specific period.
  • HGB (Hak Guna Bangunan): Indonesian legal title allowing building ownership for 30–80 years.
  • Inspection / Property Survey: Evaluation of property condition, structure, compliance.
  • Joint Venture (JV): Partnership between parties to develop or invest in real estate.

  • Net Operating Income (NOI): Total property income minus operating expenses.
